The Harlequin is the main shopping centre in Watford, boasting established brands such as John Lewis, Jane Norman, French Connection, River island, La Senza, Zara and Lush. Watford High Street is also worth a visit with stores like New Look, Topshop, Topman, Computer Exchange and Next. Watford has all the shops you’d expect from a town of this size so you’re more than likely to find what you’re looking for!
Watford has lots of great attractions that don’t involve shopping too, such as The Watford Palace Theatre with performances like The Wizard of Oz, West Side Story and Oliver. The Watford Museum, which focuses on local history and industry is always worth a visit as well. If ivt’s a sunny day we recommend heading to Cassiobury Park, which has lots of open green space, a nature trail, play areas for children as well as fitness equipment.
There are lots of tasty places to eat in Watford. If you like Indian food we highly recommend Taste of Lahore. If you feel like some Mexican then Chimichanga is the place to go, or check out Flowerdrum and Zinco for some excellent Chinese or Italian.
