CitiPark Launches Enhanced App Experience with Customer-Focused Refresh

CitiPark has today launched a refreshed version of its mobile app, introducing a range of improvements designed to make parking faster, simpler, and more intuitive for customers.

The update reflects CitiPark’s continued focus on digital innovation and delivering a seamless end-to-end parking experience.

Everything Customers Need in One Place

The CitiPark app continues to provide a comprehensive set of features, enabling customers to manage every aspect of their parking experience. Users can pre-book parking, pay via Mobile Pay, manage their account details (including vehicles, billing information, and SMS alerts), and access receipts, invoices, and upcoming visits.

Customers can also amend bookings directly in the app, add reservations to Apple Wallet, access built-in customer support via live chat, and get directions to car parks using their preferred maps app.

Improved Experience and New Functionality

The latest update introduces a refreshed home screen and improved navigation, making it easier for users to access key features quickly.

Season pass and ticket displays have been redesigned with a new dynamic status indicator that shows when a parking session is active. The car park selection screen has also been enhanced with a split map and list view, alongside search functionality and clearer guidance to help users find the nearest location.

 In addition, customers can now amend and extend pre-booked parking sessions directly within the app, offering greater flexibility when plans change.
